How to find us
St. Mawes is on the south coast of Cornwall, at the end of the Roseland Peninsula and at the mouth of the River Fal. It is one of the gateways to some of the best sailing waters in the country. From the east, you approach via St. Austell and Tregony; from the west, via Truro or possibly the King Harry Ferry.
All of these routes will bring you to St. Just in Roseland and about a mile later, on the outskirts of St. Mawes, you have the option of taking a right turn signposted to St. Mawes Castle. Do not take this turning but carry straight on for exactly half a mile and you will then (having passed the 30 mph signs and dropped down a short hill with the fire station on your left hand side) take a narrow right hand turn marked Hillhead, with a red letterbox in the wall facing you.
After the right hand bend in Hillhead, with Carrick Way on your right, you will find us by the second telegraph pole on the left and you can usually park off the hill immediately in front of our office.
If you prefer, you can always come by sea – either on the regular passenger ferry from Falmouth or under your own steam from anywhere in the world!
