Anticipated Added Disbursements on a Leasehold Purchase:

Notice of Transfer FeeThis fee if chargeable is set out in the lease.   Often the fee is anything between £50.00 + VAT and £200.00 + VAT (but this will depend).
Notice of Charge Fee (If the property is to be mortgaged)This fee is set out in the lease. Often the fee is anything between £50.00 and £200.00 (but this will depend).
Deed of Covenant FeeThis fee is provided by the Management Company for the property and can be difficult to estimate. Often the fee is anything between £50.00 and £200.00 (but this will depend).
Certificate of Compliance FeeTo be confirmed upon receipt of the lease, and can range between £50.00 and £200.00 (but this will depend).

Please note that these fees will vary from property to property and can on occasion be significantly more than the ranges given above, particularly where the property is a new build. We can give you an accurate figure once we have sight of your specific documents.
